Living In Cycle: A Holistic Approach to Movement

The rhythms of the natural world are present in each of us; the menstruating body has its own inner winter, spring, summer & fall! Creating a movement practice that respects each phase of the menstrual cycle can help us navigate everything that comes along with each stage. In this workshop we'll deep dive into what each phase can look like & supportive practices both on & off the mat.
