my favorite smoothie

I find that my body is not ready for a big meal the moment I wake up. And yet, I need something in my tummy to fuel my morning flow or workout. This smoothie is the answer to that dilemma. The fruits provide a natural sugar rush that wakes me up, while the protein keeps me full & supports any work I’m doing on my muscles. Swapping in non-dairy products helps me avoid feeling lethargic, and keeps me light on my mat!

Smoothies are a relatively simple, easily customizable recipe. Feel free to swap/add/mix in anything that sounds good to you, and don’t be afraid to experiment!

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 banana, slightly browned

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 cup mango, fresh or frozen

  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 coconut yogurt

  • 1 cup oat milk (or your favorite non-dairy alternative)

To Make It:

Simply toss it all in a blender, until smooth!
